At 35 Years Old What You Change

asparagus sauce.


Ingredients.
  • 1 Bunch of green asparagus.
  • bread slices 1 clove garlic
  • olive oil 1 teaspoon paprika 1 dash
  • vinegar 1 egg per person
  1. put in a pan heat the oil, fry the bread slices and set aside.
  2. fry the garlic clove, sliced \u200b\u200b
  3. pan is placed in the chopped asparagus and the vinegar, sauté 5 minutes
  4. Add the paprika, it turns around and add water and salt letting it cook for 40 minutes, until asparagus are tender.
  5. When the time poach eggs in the sauce and serve with croutons.
